Nalini was ISC’s head of research for the Middle East for three years before moving to her current role. She has a wealth of knowledge of the international schools market, particularly in the Middle East, and has a strong professional network there, having lived in Dubai and worked in the region for 14 years. In her former role with ISC, she visited around 120 premium international schools in the Middle East each year to meet with headteachers and senior leaders in order to gather data and intelligence on the market. Now, Nalini advises independent schools, investors and developers throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa on new international school development. Much of her work is with British independent schools. Nalini has a master’s in research and consultancy and a background in the relocation industry and education placement.
